Taylor loves apple pie so I decided to try this easy recipe. For someone who doesn't really bake pies too often, this recipe was surprisingly simple. It ended up being a little more dry than I thought it'd be- I think I might cover the entire pie next time instead of the criss-cross crust. But other than that, I thought it was pretty tasty!
