Some photos we took during a family trip to Natural Bridges State beach for our anniversary this year. It also happened to be my last weekend of maternity leave so I asked Taylor to take a bunch of photos with me and the kids so I could just look at them on my phone and miss them all day ðŸ˜. It was such an amazing summer getting to hang out with those two all day every day!

Posting these made me take a trip down memory lane to our anniversary last year.  Noah had just learned to walk and I just found out I was pregnant with Sydney! How things have changed since then

Our sweet Noah is two!  I can't believe how much he's changed and how much we've changed since meeting him and bringing him home from the hospital.

Noah, you are our tornado of energy, and you laugh and cry and live life every day with all your heart.  I always thought that having kids would teach me to love more because I'd be the one doing all the loving.  But turns out you are the one who has done the loving and taught me about what it's like to be unconditionally loved.  You have so much courage I never had when I was a kid and I'm inspired by it daily.  Happy birthday!

On the second half of our San Francisco/Sausalito trip, we went to the Bay Area Discover Museum and on our way back home, we stopped by a few places in San Francisco from this adorable book my friend Joanna got for Noah when he was a baby. Looking back on this photo he was so teeny tiny! a year and a half later it was really cute to connect the dots and see him discover all the things in real life.

A few weeks back we spent a night in Sausalito and San Francisco (San Francisco to come in a later post!) We took these after eating at one of our favorites restaurants Fish, and at some swings we found while hanging out at our hotel. I always love making a little trip to this beautiful area and am glad we get this experience to the other fond memories we had biking the golden gate bridge and taking Noah here during Thanksgiving when he was 3 months old.
