Sausalito

A few weeks back we spent a night in Sausalito and San Francisco (San Francisco to come in a later post!) We took these after eating at one of our favorites restaurants Fish, and at some swings we found while hanging out at our hotel. I always love making a little trip to this beautiful area and am glad we get this experience to the other fond memories we had biking the golden gate bridge and taking Noah here during Thanksgiving when he was 3 months old.

Lake Tahoe

Lake Tahoe - What a gorgeous place! Didn't get around to posting this til a month later because we literally took a thousand photos and I still feel like I didn't really capture all the adventures we had.

This trip will always mean a lot to me, Sydney was about 5 weeks old at the time and I feel like this is when we all really bonded and started to figure out life together as a new family. I'll always cherish the memories of the joy on Noah's face when discovering the water for the first time and holding Sydney close in my wrap all day as we discovered a new place together. These days can be totally exhausting but I know I'm going to look back on them as of the happiest of times.

Monterey

We decided to squeeze a last minute weekend trip to Monterey before the baby comes and I'm so glad we did.

We made our first trip a couple years ago to Monterey and Big Sur but Taylor and I started watching Big Little Lies on HBO which made Monterey a mysterious and intriguing place to visit again.

My doctor has been really strict on not traveling this pregnancy so though it wasn't too far from home it was great to just get a change of scenery.
